State Citizen Waits Eight Hours in Courtroom for 28-Day Delay
Jerry Plemmons | Yadkin County
Judge McLean & ADA Brooke Webster
State citizen Jerry Plemmons is no stranger to waiting around in a courtroom. On Wednesday, the 14th of December, Jerry arrived at 9AM in Yadkin County District court and waited for eight hours to be heard. At 4:50PM, when Jerry was finally called forward, the ADA said his claims were frivolous, and that the court would not have time to review his paperwork. Jerry's case has been continued until January 11th.
Jerry details his experiences in the following 13-minute phone interview with NCAR Forsyth County Representative Cliff Muncy.
