If you've been keeping up with the recent dialog between John Ainsworth, the NCICL, and John Hood (of the John Locke Foundation), you know that so far the arguments espoused by Mr. Ainsworth and the North-Carolina American Republic have yet to be sufficiently challenged, much less defeated. Well folks, let it be known that journalist John Hood has again responded! In his three-paragraph, 173-word email,  John Hood has laid out what he believes to be the end-all rebuttal to this argument challenging the lawfulness of Reconstruction and the nationalization of citizenship. So honestly folks, "what else is there to say?"
