Subject:23 page Brief supporting Re-Establishment of lawful States

Could you provide me with a digital copy of the 23 page brief you
mention below? I am the founder of the The Creator's Rights Party, a
political party committed to implementing a secession movement for the
purpose of reestablishing God's plan for government in these presently
united States of America.

Neal,
Please find attached a copy of the Brief. This Brief does not
include the other documents that were filed along with it. A special
note must be added. This brief is designed to be used for the
Re-Establishment argument. It is not designed for the arguments
surrounding secession and in fact are incompatible with that argument.
The Re-Establishment argument consists in holding the Federal
Governments and the so called governments of the "new" Reconstructed
States feet to the fire. This argument involves the claim that the
"States" holding power at the present time are not legitimate and have
no standing in law.
The only thing that gives them standing is that people participate
in them i.e. voting and running for office. In other words the de facto
States only exist illegally because the people support the illegal
government.
Re-Establishment of the dormant governments is the only method
that, as an operation of law, annuls all Amendments to the Federal
Constitution from 1866 to the present day. This movement also repeals
all federal laws passed since the time that the free people of the
several states have been denied representation, which was 1866, and
annuls Treaties that do not benefit the Citizens of the Several States.
This is the most exciting process to regain our Rights since the
Dec. of Indep.. The only thing that the American people have to be
convinced of is that in order to have Rights then you must do two
things; #1 Obey the Law and #2, Exercise your Rights.
The problem is that Most Americans want to do neither. They would
rather obey laws that oppress and vote for people in a system that
oppresses and violates the fundamental laws of the land, and they would
rather complain about their rights being trampled upon but will not
exercise their Right to have the Right. (Remember- only State Citizens
have the Rights associated with the Bill of Rights and the "States"
were unlawfully placed in abeyance by United States Military Orders. Until
the people Re-Establish those "dormant" States then they are bound to
obey the usurpers.)
